There are opportunities throughout the day to reflect on one's actions.  To see one's emotional response to a confrontation is fight; where does this compulsion to get it right, to be right come from; is this really about winning or losing; what really matters here?  What is my life purpose.

To see after working for the outcome one manipulates and strategizes to get, there is a deeper place in one's self.  How to get there, how to get to the deep place where innocence and wisdom, where gentleness and strength exist in balance and harmony.  No selfishness there. Only the knowledge that the way of the Eternal One is the only choice to live.
