There is a line of sanity.  It comes from the good, the true and the beautiful in your lineage.  There's a struggle with fear that comes from threat.  Falling, stumbling into the dark hole of distortion can be a shameful thing.  But if one sits quietly, in stillness, it is possible to be gentle and kind to distortion.  As one befriends distortion, the fine line of the good, true and beautiful emerges, as an umbilical cord from the ancestors.  And there, see, the small bird lands on the line.  Feel its tiny feet of freedom
