Painting cards

Breaking into the art market is no easy or simple task.  After many attempts at finding a gallery that would carry my work, I decided the best action was to paint and keep on painting the images that need to be given form and hue.  Create, create and create.  For the past month greeting cards have allowed me the joy of exploration with hue, intensity and subject.
My youngest daughter, also an artist, gave me a challenge by inviting me to use a triad: Yellow-orange/red-violet/blue-green.  In the same week, my sister forwarded the poster for this year's Indian Market in Santa Fe.  That gave me the theme.
